Lifetime Roadside Assist - Terms and Conditions

* 'Lifetime Roadside Assist' comes standard with all Melbourne City Toyota pre-owned vehicles purchased from 1/1/26 onwards. Customer receives 12 months of Roadside Assist with the purchase of any Melbourne City Toyota pre-owned vehicle, which we will renew for a further 12 months at no charge provided that the vehicle is serviced at Melbourne City Toyota (Locations: Camberwell, Heidelberg, South Melbourne, or CBD). The Lifetime Roadside Assist will cease if the vehicle is serviced at a non-MCT service centre during that year. MCT may reinstate the complimentary Lifetime Roadside Assist if customer returns for servicing in the future. Melbourne City Toyota reserves the right to change, extend or withdraw this offer at any time. In partnership with National Roadside Assist, call 1800 817 877. What does the Roadside Assist include?

Your Roadside Assist plan includes:

50km towing
Mechanical breakdown towing
Jump starts
Out of fuel (min 5L of unleaded fuel at driver's cost. EV tow to charge facility/home/supply up to 10km free.)
Lock out (covered up to $77 per incident)
Flat tyre
Extras cover (up to $400 reimbursed p/breakdown. Terms & conditions apply)
Accommodation (if further than 100km from residence sidelined for longer than 48 hours)
